Using Your Ocean Prime eGift and Traditional Gift Cards

Do you have eCards?

Yes! eGift cards are emailed to the recipient the following day. There are no fees for this service. Present the eGift card in print form or digitally that the card image and card number are visible at the time of redemption.

Do Ocean Prime 2Restaurant eGift and traditional gift cards have an expiration date?

No. Cameron Mitchell Restaurant eGift and traditional gift cards never expire and they do not have any maintenance or non-usage fees. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used.

Why does it take 24-hours to activate an eGift Card?

Our Guest payment information and security are important to us. All eGift Cards are emailed to the recipient the following day to ensure the security of your transaction.

Are there any non-usage fees if I don’t use the gift card right away?

There are no maintenance or non-usage fees on our eGift and traditional gift cards. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used. Even if you use your gift card and have a remaining balance available, that balance will remain intact until it is used again.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

How do I know what number to enter in the balance inquiry field?

If I don’t use the full balance of my gift card what will happen?

If you do not use the full value of your gift card during your visit, the remaining balance will stay on your card until your next visit to a Cameron Mitchell Restaurant.

Where are Ocean Prime Restaurants eGift and traditional gift cards valid?

You can use your gift card at any Cameron Mitchell Restaurant or Ocean Prime Restaurant location nationwide. Retrieve the full list of Cameron Mitchell and Ocean Prime Restaurants CLICK HERE. What does the M logo stand for on the back of my gift card?

The M logo represents our restaurant called M which is located inside the Miranova building in downtown Columbus, Ohio.

Is it possible to use more than one gift card at a time?

Yes, you can use as many Cameron Mitchell Restaurants eGift and traditional gift cards as you would like at a time. Bonus and Complimentary cards have different restrictions, please see below.

Am I able to use my gift card towards tax and gratuity?

Yes, Our eGift and traditional gift cards may be used towards both tax and gratuity.Complimentary cards, Promotional cards and Holiday Bonus cards are valid for food only.

Am I able to use my gift card towards private business parties or catering events?

Cameron Mitchell and Ocean Prime Restaurant gift cards are not valid at Budd Dairy Food Hall, Cameron Mitchell Premier Events, Rusty Bucket Restaurant & Tavern or in our restaurants for Private Dining or contractual events.

Is it possible to have my gift card replaced if it is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately we cannot replace your card if lost or stolen unless you can provide us with your gift card number and/or proof of purchase.

Complimentary Gift Card and Holiday Bonus Card Questions

What is the difference between a complimentary gift card and holiday bonus card versus a standard cash gift card?

Ocean Prime Restaurants complimentary gift cards and holiday bonus cards are promotional cards given to our guests. Because they are promotional they do not have a cash value and have certain use restrictions attached to them, please see below for restrictions.

Do complimentary eGift and traditional gift cards have an expiration date?

Our eGift, traditional and complimentary gift cards never expire. Promotional, $20 Complimentary and our Holiday Bonus cards do have an expiration date.

Do holiday bonus cards have an expiration date?

Holiday bonus cards do have an expiration date listed on the back of the gift card.

Is there anything I can do with my holiday bonus card if it has expired?

Can I use more than one complimentary card or holiday bonus card at a time?

Yes. You can use more than one complimentary OR bonus card at a time, however, not together.

Can I use a complimentary gift card, a bonus card and/or a cash card at the same time?

Cash and complimentary cards may be used at the same time, cash and bonus cards may be used at the same time. However, complimentary and bonus cards may not.

  • Traditional gift card orders will be processed and emailed/shipped/made ready for pick-up on the following business day
  • eGift card orders are emailed to the recipient at midnight of the selected delivery date
  • Tracking number sent to sender directly from USPS

How are the eGift and traditional gift cards packaged?

eGift Cards are emailed to the recipient with a card and pin number and must be presented in printed format or on your mobile device at the restaurant for redemption.

Traditional gift cards purchased at our restaurants are presented in a 3.5" x 5" Cameron Mitchell Restaurant/Ocean Prime gift card sleeve with room for a message to the recipient.

Traditional gift cards purchased online or through our corporate offices are affixed to a Cameron Mitchell Restaurant paper carrier with sender & recipient name, card value and message.

What denominations do gift cards come in?

eGift cards may be purchased in any denomination and any quantity, up to $300 per order.
Traditional gift cards may be purchased in increments of $25, up to $300 per card, $1,000 maximum order.

May I order a gift card on-line and pick it up at my local restaurant?

Please contact our Gift Card Department at 1 (877) 491.1267 Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 4:30AM Eastern Time to arrange pick-up or please feel free to use our eGift card option for midnight delivery.

Can I change the dollar amount on the gift card?

Once your transaction is complete, the amount is set and cannot be changed. You may place an additional order or contact our Gift Card Department to assist further.

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

If your order was not received within the specifications listed above please contact a member of our Gift Card Department via email giftcards@cameronmitchell.com or by calling 1-877-491-1267 Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 4:30PM Eastern Time.
